Last Friday, our wonderful team, associates, and partners connected at Carousel London to kick off 2024's festive season in style.
Inspired by Open Water's DANCE framework – the culture transformation formula at the heart of our business – this year's dress code was 'dress as your favourite DANCE'.
It was a night of connection, celebration, and of course, plenty of DANCE (especially to Abba), with everything from feather boas, to balloon accessories adding to the festive spirit.
